It is new design based on first generation citycoco r804, it will come with double seat,1500watt stronger motor and removable battery,12ah and 20ah battery is optional. It pass EEC standard 168/2013 category Le1B. Each scooter has VIN and COC paper for register for street legal use in Europe.
